Franchisees update Perth - Rowling and Freese join the team

Mike Rowling has taken up the opportunity of a Franchisor funded vehicle to become the fifth Franchisee operating in Perth, with a preferred area of the Southern Suburbs to the Peel Inlet region.

The diverse background of Mike from defense forces to financial adviser to amateur football club organiser lends itself to the team environment so key to a Franchise group.

Peter Freese has taken over the business formerly run by Dean James, who has taken up a an opportunty that has finally come to fruition, we wish him well in building new fences/gates throughout WA.

Queensland Show Time - Caboolture Farm Fantastic

Caboolture Farm Fantastic and Concrete Taxi have been together for the last five years, with a Truck again being on display at this highly visible outdoor venue.

Last year the gods were against us, with heavy rain impacting over the weekend - at least the 4WD guys had "fun in the mud"! Improvements to the layout continue and we look forward to seeing new and existing customers at the stand from the 21st to the 22nd July.

Meet the Franchisees who run the business and ask those questions you have always wanted about concrete - there is no such thing as a "dumb" question when you are dealing with the second most commonly used product in the world (only being beaten by water) which can and does leave lasting impressions.

Master Franchises WA/Vic/NSW/SA

The development of Concrete Taxi as a premium service povidor to the small mix concrete market has seen the establishment of six (6) units in WA and nine (9) units in Brisbane, with the bulk now Franchised. Additionally, in January 2011, a Master Franchisee commenced in Brisbane, with MF opportunities now being made available for each of the other States.

The system is well established, with a Call Centre based out of Geebung (Q) handling and distributing customer enquiries, however the Franchisor has recognised the fact that only by having a locally market aware Master Franchisee will the organisation develop to it's full capacity.

Training, marketing, r&m procedures are all well versed, with some nine years having been spent fine tuning the operation.
No plants or substantial storage facilities are required, minimum stock holdings and virtually no account customers due to the sizing of the works, the ingoings are very limited.

Interested parties should forward an expression of interest to

Being in an industry that produces the second most used product in the world gives indication of a growth potential for an astute operator prepared to work with the Franchisor in opening up the true Australian marketplace.
